A conference packages tailored to your needs. Maximum delegates are 60 people.
We can accommodate up to 300 people on site offer catering on site ,garden area ,swimming pool and rooms .
We can accommodate up to 60 delegates and also provide with projector ,whiteboards,pens books,internet access for free and 1x bottle of water per individual
We have a back space for children to play whilst the parents are busy either be it conference or even for a family gathering together with children.
we have a unique romantic gardening whereby one can take some memorable pictures and some lifetime remembrance.

DEPOSITS
50 % payable upon confirmation of the quote and 100 % payable upon check in .
CANCELLATIONS
No show or early departure forfeits 100% of total stay.
Cancellations 14 days or less prior forfeit 100% of total stay.
Cancellations 15 to 30 days prior forfeit 50% of total stay.
Cancellations in excess of 30 days prior will incur a 15% administration fee.

Check-in: from 14:00
Check-out: latest 11:00
late check-outs are only possible if rooms are available , up to 2 hours , may incur R200 , after which a day rest rate applies , R500, up to 4 hours, after which a full tariff rate applies
Late arrivals: we have a 24 hours check in counter
Early arrivals: Early check-in is only possible if the room is ready and May incur additional R200
