The apartment has ducted air-conditioning and the complex boasts back-up generators for when the power goes off. It has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas stove and hob as well as a double-door fridge. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery and has Caesar Stone tops. It also has a water filter machine and tap. There is a dining room area and living area with flat screen TV and full DStv. We do service the units on selected days. There is a 24 hour security guard on the property and electric fence on the boundary walls.

The apartment is within walking distance to the closest beach, approximately 200m. There is a lovely tidal pool, ideal for snorkelling. Swimming beaches with lifeguards are approximately 1.6km away. There is a restaurant below the apartments with WiFi and a convenience store and ATM. The Airport is 22km from the complex. Other shops and activities are in close proximity to the complex. Ballito is a popular holiday town which has grown exponentially. We boast pristine beaches and warm waters where you can see the dolphins frolic in the waves daily and the whales during their season of migration being July to November. Our beaches have shark nets and most have lifeguards. Fishing is also available with a permit. There are several shopping malls in close proximity and many restaurants and entertainment attractions.
