There is a dining room area and living area with flat screen TV and full DStv.

Cotton linen and bath towels are supplied. We do service the units on selected days. There is a communal swimming pool and braai facilities on the property. There is a 24-hour security guard on the property.

The apartment is within walking distance to the closest beach approximately 200m. There is a lovely tidal pool, ideal for snorkelling. Swimming beaches with lifeguards are approximately 1.6 km away. There is a restaurant below the apartments with W-F- and a convenience store, ATM and salon opening soon. The Airport is 22 km from the complex. Other shops and activities are in close proximity to the complex.

Ballito is a popular holiday town which has grown exponentially. We boast pristine beaches and warm waters where you can see the dolphins frolic in the waves daily and the whales during their season of migration (July to November). Our beaches have shark nets and most have lifeguards. Fishing is also available with a permit. There are several shopping malls in close proximity and many restaurants and entertainment attractions. The King Shaka Airport is a mere 20 minute drive. The area also has three superb golf courses nearby. There is also a wildlife reserve for game drives and nature trails close by.
