IDENTIFICATION: Valid identification must be presented on check-in.
Payment :
Accommodation payment must be made in full on check in, No refunds on early check outs.
PAYMENT: The credit card used to secure booking must be presented on check-in, copies of card will be
kept by Ecolux Boutique (PTY)LTD to present to bank as proof of card presence.
FREE PARKING: Limited parking is available and is allocated on a first come basis. Parking will be at OWN RISK
MEALS: Breakfast is served between 7H00 and 9H00 Monday - Friday Weekends 8h00 till 10h00,
Dinner must be booked by 16h00, latest meal order is at 20H00.
No late arrivals will be served without prior arrangement.
VISITORS: Guests are not permitted to have visitors that are not resident of this hotel in their rooms.
Any outside guests will be prosecuted and full rate will be charged.
NON-SMOKING POLICY: Ecolux Boutique (PTY) LTD has a strict non-smoking policy, persons smoking in rooms will
be held liable for upholstery cleaning costs to no less that R1000 per room.
Smoking permitted on balcony only if door to the room has been closed to prevent smoke from entering the room.
Activities : A 100% CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR MISSED EXTERNAL ACTIVITIES
