The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed & also has a bay window. Third bedroom has two single beds. There is a second full bathroom. (There is a separate Loft studio apartment which is an optional extra, and has a Queen bed and double sleeper couch, shower room. Lounge/dining and kitchenette lead onto a patio with table and chairs.) Full & separate DSTV in house and Loft studio. The house living area leads out to a large covered open patio area with outdoor dining furniture and gas BBQ facilities. From the patio you will be looking out onto the natural indigenous garden and beautiful parkland areas. Safe walking and cycling can be enjoyed all within the security of Thesen Island. There is a Bird Reserve and Hide on the island which makes it a paradise for bird watchers. The safe private marina beach with full facilities, including BBQ is for the use of residents and guests. There are several slipways for easy launching of boats. Ebbtide House has its own mooring & jetty, just over the road. Guests can enjoy tennis, squash, outdoor gym, outdoor chess & kiddies areas.
