Main House
The comfortably furnished main bedroom has a Queen size bed and bathroom en suite. The second bedroom offers twin beds and the third bedroom has a double bed with desk area. All bedrooms are very spacious and have adequate cupboard space. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven and microwave. For your convenience there is also a dishwasher as well as an outside laundry area with top loader washing machine, tumble drier and windy drier. The lounge opens out onto a balcony which is fitted with a gas braai and offers the most amazing scenic views over the City. Although there is a picket fence enclosing the pool area, the pool does not have a net. The property is secure and accessed with remote control. There is undercover parking for two vehicles.

The Cottage
This unit is completely separate from the main house, comprises a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, with sliding doors leading out onto a private undercover patio. The bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe, and there is a modern en-suite bathroom with shower. Guests staying here will also have their own beautiful garden. There is also a charcoal braai available.

Both units are beautifully furnished and have Wi-Fi and Netflix; there is a DSTV decoder in the main house should you wish to bring your own Smartcard. The property is ideally located, with the CBD being just five minutes away, and is in close proximity to schools and office parks.
