Surrounded by the beauty of nature, we invite you to retreat, relax, reflect and recharge in the heart of the Free State. EarthRise Mountain Lodge is more than just an idyllic getaway and conference facility, though, it’s a new way of life.

Accommodation at EarthRise Mountain Lodge comprises of: 4 backpacker dorm rooms sleeping 6 - 8, at The Hive, with communal kitchen facilities. There is a self catering Tree House chalet (sleeps 8), 2 Twin Peaks Cottages (sleeps 6 each) as well as 12 individually decorated rooms. These units are
furnished with either twin beds, a double bed or a queen-size bed, and each room has an en-suite bathroom. Each room contains tea and coffee-making facilities.

Breakfast is served in the dining area. There is no restaurant, but other meals can be pre-booked and are served at varied costs. In addition; the lodge offers a social lounge with a bar, a swimming pool, a library, and Wi-Fi Internet.

The lodge has a conference center, and weddings and other social gatherings can be arranged as well. Guests can enjoy the tranquil atmosphere at the lodge or experience some of the activities such as horse riding, hiking, bird watching, cycling, mountain biking, and fishing. The lodge is child friendly and pet friendly by request.

By staying at the lodge, you help develop the local Naledi Village community, as all profits of the lodge go to supporting the EarthRise Trust, a social development initiative that provides opportunities for sustainable livelihoods, as well as access to quality healthcare and education.
