Each unit has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds) each with its own en-suite bathroom. Both units have open-plan kitchens connected to their dining and lounge areas. The kitchen cabinets provide everything needed to prepare self-catering meals, including a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave oven and toaster. There is a radio, television (DSTV) and braai / barbeque facilities. On-site parking is also available. These two units are separate from each other and come fully equipped throughout the house, with just one exception; beach towels.

The verandahs have a garden view that leads to a picture-perfect swimming pool with a view that stretches over 29 acres of vineyards and beyond.
