A delightful home in the beautiful Arniston. This home is able to accommodate up to ten guests and is the ideal choice for a group of friends or families travelling together. There are five bedrooms in the house. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and three bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each. There are three bathrooms in total. Guests have access to two outside braai's. There is also an inside fire place.This house comes with a cleaning service. Small pets are permitted. Garage is included. Bring own Towels. Important Information
Deposit must be paid within 48 hours.
No booking will be confirmed unless the full deposit amount has been cleared by the bank.
You will take full responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during your period of rent, whether by occupants or your guests.
You use the premises and all equipment at your own risk and I will not hold Etna's Accommodation or the home owners responsible for any losses or damages during your stay.
You further understand that if you exceed the permitted number of tenants (children included), or cause a disturbance by having loud parties, you will be required to vacate the property immediately!
No loud parties are allowed.
No 21'st or matric parties aloud.
Only permitted number of people (children included) are allowed per property.
If you exceed this number, you will be asked to vacate the property immeadiately.

No under 21's without proper adult supervision allowed.
No refund for shortened stays.
