* Early check-in or late check-out requests must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
* Designated smoking areas are provided outside. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking violations.
* Pets are not allowed
* Guests are responsible for their room keys. Lost or damaged keys will incur a replacement fee.
* Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.
* The Dullstroom Inn is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Please lock your door when leaving.
* Children are welcome. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
* A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable on arrival, unless otherwise arranged.
* Accepted payment methods: Cash, EFT, and major credit/debit cards.
* No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund.
* The Dullstroom Inn reserves the right of admission. Guests behaving inappropriately or causing a disturbance may be asked to leave without a refund.
* The hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, power outages, or government regulations.
* All facilities (including the restaurant, pub, fireplace areas, and garden) are used at guests’ own risk. Please supervise children and respect shared spaces.
We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
