Duineweg is a newly built double-storey house situated in Duineweg, Great Brak River overlooking the lagoon, and a mere 500 m from the beach at the Great Brak River Mouth. Upstairs, on opposite sides of the landing are two bedrooms. One of the rooms contains a double bed, and the other room contains four single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.

Downstairs, you will find the main bedroom, the kitchen and the lounge. The main bedroom, leading off the lounge, features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and an under-counter oven and hob. In addition, there is a separate laundry section with an automatic washing machine.

The comfortable lounge includes a TV with DStv capability, should you wish to bring your own decoder and smart card. The lounge leads out through glass doors to a large patio that stretches the entire length of the house. Off the dining room, there is a braai area with free-standing braai facilities. At the back of the house is an extra toilet and shower with access from outside to use after returning from the beach.
