Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
A security deposit of USD 300 for the One-Bedroom Apartments; USD 350 for the Two-Bedroom Apartments; or USD 450 for the Penthouse or Villa is required. This deposit will be block from the credit card and it is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.
Please note that upon check-out guests must leave the establishment. If they want to stay an enjoy the Beach Club, a fee of DOP 500 per adult and DOP 250 per kid must be paid. This payment will entitle them to stay in the Beach Club until 19:00.
