Please note that to help us ensure the apartment is always in an excellent condition, there is a once-off laundry and cleaning fee of R775 per booking.
Refundable Security deposit of a minimum of R2500 payable prior to occupation and can be paid on collection of the keys.
To secure and reserve minimum of 50 % non refundable deposit is required and the balance, together with the above , 30 days before arrival.
