About Die Groen Akker
Die Groen Akker is a beautiful, double-storey Tuscan-style house and conference facility. The facility is built on a large property with lots of trees, green lawns, and tranquil surroundings. The guest house offers secure, country-style accommodation away from the city, yet it is still very close to it. The nine bedrooms are comfortably furnished with LCD flat-screen TV's with DStv, are fully air-conditioned and have tea and coffee-making facilities. Our conference facility consists of two boardrooms that can be divided into smaller venues to serve as breakaway room
We have two wedding venues, chapel and a wide range of marquee's available. Our venues can accommodate between 10 and 250 guests. Our marquee's up to 5000 guests. With ample space for any garden wedding, and great views of the renoster spruit.
We have three Conference Venues and a wide range of Marquee's available at Die Groen Akker. This offers us the unique ability to accommodate up to 5000 delegates on our premises. At a rate that you will not find at any other Venue in the Free State.
The Honeymoon suite offers a spacious luxury room, queen-size bed. Living area, balcony overlooking the rhino creek, and en-suite bathroom. Other unique touches, ensure that your first night spent as newly wed's will be even more memorable.
We pledge to implement a high standard of hygiene and cleaning protocols to ensure the safest environment possible for our guests. We adhere to the industry safety protocols set out by the Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA).

Please note that no reservation is confirmed until proof of a 100 % deposit has been received via E-mail or Fax.
Please note that we do not have a 24 Hour front desk. Late arrivals has to be arranged in advance.
Dinner is a set menu as prepared by our Chef.
Dinner will only be available, if requested 24 Hours prior to arrival.
Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control we currently do not have any Credit Card Facilities
