The open-plan Apartment is ideal for two adults and two children under 12 years. It offers a double bed, a double sofa bed and a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and has a lounge area that is equipped with a TV as well as a DVD player and Wi-Fi Internet access. A dedicated parking area is available and guests can make use of all Derwent House’s facilities.

Guests can make use of the extensive DVD library and relax in front of the cosy fireplace in winter. Complimentary tea, coffee, cake, port and sherry are available and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. Guests can relax on the sunloungers or cool down in the solar-heated pool and relax in the hot tub. Off-street parking and a full laundry service are available for convenience.
