Situated in the second oldest town of Mpumalanga, Wakkerstroom, the DeKotzenhof guest house provides comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation in an Old World style.Accommodation is available in five double rooms that have en-suite bathrooms and a pleasantly sunny interior. A delicious breakfast is served each morning and dinner is available on request. The town of Wakkerstroom, derives its Afrikaans name from the Zulu meaning of the river that flows near the town, uThaka which means awake. In English Wakkerstroom means awake stream or lively stream, and though it may be far out in the count
We have many board games for the children to play and within the DeKotzenhof Guest House property we have a trampoline for children over the age of 10 years of age and a brand new Putt-Putt course.

Minimum of 50% deposit to reserve booking, with full payment to be made prior to arrival. Late check-out on request.
A delicious 3 course dinner and brunch is available on site and may be pre-booked.
We cater for one night bookings in the Guest house during the week, but on weekends ( Fri & Sat) a 2 night stay is required.
