The house and entrances are under 24h camera surveillance for guest and owner security, safe parking, the gate is remote controlled.
The guesthouse uses gas geysers, generator installed to ensure that guests have electricity during blackouts.

Mountain biking, hiking, white river rafting, hot-air ballooning etc are some of the things to do around town.
