About Damhuis

The cozy Damhuis perches on the edge of the farm dam and is a rustic, one-room cottage with a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The Damhuis sleeps guests in single beds and has a wooden deck with braai facilities overhanging the water. With its no-nonsense atmosphere, the cottage is ideal for informal, water-loving family get-aways. Please note that use is made of solar light, warm water is available for showering and a gas hob and fridge can be used - no electricity.

★★★★★ I loved the nature and the view. The house is literally in the dam when it is full. No electricity makes it a great escape, but don't expect any normal mordern day comforts.
