Important Information
Breakage deposit of R500.00 to be transfer with the key deposit and outstanding balance of account a day before arrival date.
Please contact me for my banking details for outstanding amount.
Key/breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure once an inventory has been done and all conditions have been met.
All breakage will be charged and must immediately be reported.
Bring own towels
No check-in after 18H00 unless prior arranged and an extra cost of R50.00 per hour will be charged.
All balances outstanding must be paid before keys are handed over.
Visiting guests will need to pay a fee of R50.00 per person for the day which ends at 19h00.
Should any extra guests be found on the property the following morning, a full fee will be charged.
Unfortunately no animals allowed.
Check-out time strictly at 10.00am extra cost of R20.00 per hour will be charged.
No pets allowed

Bring own toiletries and dish washer liquid, sanitised liquid.
No smoking allowed in the house.
N B Please note: The balance outstanding on the initial quote has to be paid in full regardless on any cancellation of guests.
