This is a lovely four bedroom house, able to accommodate up to ten guests. It is situated in the quaint seaside town of Arniston. Three bedrooms have two single beds in each. There are 3 bathrooms. One bedroom is ideal for children as it has a bunk bed and 2 single beds. There is a kitchen and dining area. The living room is situated upstairs and there is an outside braai. Deposit must be paid within 48 hours.
No booking will be confirmed unless the full deposit amount has been cleared by the bank.
You will take full responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during your period of rent, whether by occupants or your guests.
You use the premises and all equipment at your own risk and I will not hold Etna's Accommodation or the home owners responsible for any losses or damages during your stay.
You further understand that if you exceed the permitted number of tenants (children included), or cause a disturbance by having loud parties, you will be required to vacate the property immediately!
No loud parties are allowed.
No 21'st or matric parties aloud.
Only permitted number of people (children included) are allowed per property.
If you exceed this number, you will be asked to vacate the property immeadiately.
