We welcome you to our homely self-catering farmstay apartment, cozily nestled in the heart of Midlands Meander in Balgowan. Crossroads Meander Farmstay consists of three units which have been designed for your preference. We also have a fully equipped communal kitchen with a small pizza oven. We spoil you to a beautiful country garden which is great for relaxation where you can see wild buck, porcupine or hare. Important Information
The remaining 50% of your reservation must be paid by no later than two weeks (14 days) before arrival.
If you do not meet this payment and do not respond within 24 hours to our urgent notice, your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Should any damage (excluding natural wear and tear/normal upkeep) or theft occur from anyone in your party during your stay, you hereby authorize Crossroads Meander Pty Ltd to hold you responsible and charge you accordingly.
Upon arrival at your accommodation please check whether anything is damaged or missing and report it to Crossroads staff immediately, otherwise, it will be assumed that you were responsible.
Unless Crossroads has agreed to accommodate a Late check out request or to extend your stay, you will be charged a full day's accommodation fee for any unauthorized overstaying.
If you overstay by more than two hours then we reserve the right to enter the accommodation, remove your belongings and escort you and any guests in your party off the property or take such further action as may be necessary (for which you will be charged).
