Important Information
1. To avoid any misunderstanding a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guest confirming a booking are held responsible for the payment of the accommodation and all extras that are used during there stay. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-booked, including premature curtailment of stay.
2. Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the 50% deposit is not received within agreed period on making the reservations.
3. Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation, or Non arrival.
4. The rest of the account is payable on arrival for private clients, corporate and travel agents are required to make a pre-payment for the guest.
5. No person other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation, if this should occur an extra charge of R440.00 per person per night would be added to the account.
