The rental sports 1 x double bed in a cozy bedroom; a comfortable living area with a kitchenette (fridge, kettle, gas cooking ring, an electric frying pan and a toaster). No TV but free wi-fi is available. An additional mattress for a young child can be provided. Please let us know when you book if you require this kiddie option. Access to this apartment is through the off street parking area (there is space for one car behind an automatic gate). This leads the guests into their private courtyard, off this is the entrance to the flat. The ablution facilities (shower and toilet) are accessed from the courtyard in private separate units, the place has such a lovely vibe that this quirk only adds to the happy atmosphere of the rental. No dogs allowed. Three cats live on the property so you may be visited by a cat or two. There are also dogs on the property but these friendly fellows have no access to the rental; although you will meet the dogs when you walk from your parking. Your hosts are present to make sure everything is plain sailing or with tips on where to go in the area. No smoking in the rental.
