About Costa Smeralda

Margate Beach attractions include Skyline Nature Reserve, Manaba Beach, and St Micheal's on Sea. Guests of Costa Smeralda can also visit Pure Venom Reptile Park.

          We booked and paid for Costa Smerelda for 2 nights.When we arrived at Costa Smerelda we were told after one hour that we were double booked. The manager Tracy Govender was very unhelpful. She refused to give us a refund so we had no option but to leave. We drove around Margate for over 2 hours trying to find alternate accommodation but to no avail. This was So disappointing as I had my 3 kids with me and we were looking forward to a weekend away. I would also NOT RECOMMEND Safarinow.com as we tried to contact them but could not.
