About Copacopa Lodge and Conference Centre

Copacopa Luxury Lodge and Conference Centre is a luxurious accommodation and conference facility at Lambani 15 km from Kruger National Park, Punda Maria gate in Vhembe district of Limpopo. Thulamela Limpopo is unique in its splendour and beauty. It incorporates endless expanses of undulating indigenous bush characterised by the remarkable form of the baobab, wonderful wildlife, a profusion of birds and many opportunities for adventure. With Kruger National Park at our doorstep, we arrange day and night game drives for our guests should they so wish. Boat rides in Nandoni dam and visits to Venda tourist attractions such as Lake Fundudzi, Phiphidi Waterfall, Thathe Vondo Sacred Forest, Tshatshingo Potholes and Thulamela Archeological Site can also be arranged. Luvuvhu river is adjacent to us, very convenient for fishing enthusiasts. Accommodation in our chalets and cottage is underpinned by service ”Beyond Expectations’’ and excellent meals. Conference, workshop, product launch, weddings and similar events/functions are hosted in our world-class Conference centre or 250 seater Lapa. For relaxation there is a boma and several picnic spots. The immediate tranquil bush surrounding gives our visitors a whole new meaning to tourism, lodging and conferencing.

From the moment we arrived we struggled. When we arrived at reception the person behind the counter had no idea how to handle a safari now booking. They also didn't know how the covid for ms work so we all had to fill in both a booking form and a COVID form. When it came to paying the remainder of the account we were informed that the card machine was out of order, so I suggest I pay the balance on the safari now website, which I did but it took me a long to explain to the reception how the website worked and that one could see I had payed the balance. We had a good weekend though we arrived to a dirty cottage,some maintenance is needed to keep the place great. The curtain rail at the main door and the bedroom is broken. Kitchen blinds does not work and the stoves needs to be secured properly,the tap on the kitchen zinc also needs some attention so the tap is not wiggling as it is currently. Please provide some dishcloths and dishwashing soap or specify that you don't provide so that people know what they need to bring with. Upkeeking of the swimming pool is important. Day visitors needs to be out at 22:00 not talking loudly and driving arou...
