Condia is located in tranquil surroundings close to the picturesque Helderberg and Hottentots Holland Mountains. It is situated in a quiet cull de sac. In the leafy garden we offer simple braai facilities { including a Weber braai} for the folks who like to prepare their food outside.It is basically a non smoke set up and since we value the quiet environment we request our guests to respect your fellow guests, the birds and the neighbours.We are conveniently situated to roads leading to Stellenbosch, Wine lands, Strand, the Airport . We offer you two options:

We offer you two options:
1. The Self Catering Unit:
This area is separate yet adjoining the main home. It is situated at ground level and has a separate entrance. Spacious and pleasant with lots of sun pouring in from the windows
It is well equipped with comfortable beds [ King size or two double beds.] en suite bathroom with bath and shower over the bath.
The kitchenette offers you a micro wave oven, bar fridge and induction plate to assist you in preparing a simple meal or heat up a take away meal.
The sleeping area is open plan and can sleep 2x adults and 2x sleeper couch single beds for kids over 10 years.
We supply you with bedding and towels and will discuss arrangements should you want to stay for an extended period.

2. The Balcony Room.
Although the room is in the main room it private with a balcony giving you the best views on the premises. It is situated on the first floor.{ an easy stair case }
The bathroom is separate from the room, complete with bath and shower.
{ You sometimes might have to share the bathroom with other guests, but we will warn you before hand if this is the case.}
With the room we offer you a kitchenette with a micro wave oven, kettle, toaster and the basics to heat up a meal.
The room can accommodate two adults { King size bed or 2x twin single beds}
In emergency cases we can offer you an additional double room sleeping two adults/kids. We will charge you extra for the use of this room.
We recommend this room for the guest who goes out during the day and just want a safe environment to sleep: the person who want to explore the environment or the working adult, even the post graduate student.
