You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of MXN 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, once the condition of the accommodation has been checked. Upon check-in, you must present the confirmation message of the reservation, a valid ID or photocopy of the credit card holder's document, as well as the credit card used to make the reservation. Payment will be made in cash at the time of arrival. If you need to check-out later than usual, please inform the front desk in advance. For every additional hour after 22:00 you must pay 100 MXN.
