Important Information

Minimum age for booking is 27. Children or persons under the age of 27 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30

A refundable breakage deposit equal to 1 night stay is required prior to check-in. Subject to no breakage and
banking details provided by guest – a full refund will be processed 5 working days after check out

Private parking upon request only – at least 48 hours prior to arrival
Subject to availability, suitability with related terms & conditions (no additional cost)

YOLO Spaces Housekeeping Service - upon request only & subject to availability | terms & conditions :
o Monday – Friday, between 8am & 3pm (a specific 1 - hour time slot will be allocated & communicated to
you) – offered at no additional cost
o Weekends & Public Holidays at an extra cost - 24-hour prior arrangement required
o No housekeeping service the day directly after check-in
o Housekeeping service every second day thereafter
o No personal laundry will be attended to
o Linen change every 6 days
o Bathroom towel change every 3 days
o Beach towels no change

• Right of admission is reserved
• Guests and their visitors enter and stay at this establishment at their own risk
• The Proprietor, it's agents and/or it's employee's ("The Proprietor") shall not be liable for, and the guests
hereby waives and abandons any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, loss or
damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor whether arising from the Proprietor's default, negligence

• Guests and their visitors to this establishment hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may

• Whilst every endeavour is made in terms of the above recommendation to provide for the exclusion of an
innkeeper’s liability, such liability or exclusion thereof is never absolute and is always subject to a matter of
degree and the application of an appropriate court’s discretion. It should also be borne in mind that the
court’s discretion is applied judicially but subject to the credibility and worthiness of appropriate evidence

Children and Guest Behaviour :
• Guests should not cause other guests discomfort in any way. YOLO Spaces has the sole discretion in
determining whether behaviour is acceptable or not. YOLO Spaces reserve the right of admission and should
guests behave inappropriately steps will be taken.

Guest Identification :
• Guests are expected to prove their identity by showing a valid passport or identify book and must complete
the check in procedures.
