1. Events: Parties or events are not permitted. Strict enforcement applies.
2. Noise: Maintain a tranquil environment, avoiding loud music or excessive noise.
3. Pets: Due to health and safety considerations, pets are not allowed.
4. Smoking: All indoor areas are designated as non-smoking.
5. Pool: Enjoy our pool, maintained at a comfortable 21-22°C.
6. Spa Access: Our private spa welcomes guests at an added fee.
7. Housekeeping: Reach out to Edward and Katie for any cleaning or laundry needs.
8. Safety Fences: The property is safeguarded with electrified fences; please steer clear.
9. Security: For guidance on our alarm system, liaise with housekeeping or the landlord.
10. Entrances: Keep the garage and main gates closed consistently for security.
11. Guest Limit: The residence accommodates up to eight guests. Additional guests incur a R6000 charge.
12. Furniture: To avoid potential damages, please don't move furnishings.
13. Electronics: Refrain from adjusting wires behind the main TV.
14. Door Handling: Ensure gentle handling of door gates to prevent damage.
