Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. At check-in, all guests must present a valid proof of identification and of on-going travel. As per the government policy it is mandatory to produce a valid photo ID with address mentioned (of all the guest members who will be staying in the Hotel) at the time of check-in. For Resident Indian: Drivers License, Voters ID Aadhar card or Passport. For Foreign Nationals or Non-Resident Indians with Foreign Passport: Passport & VISA is mandatory. The hotel holds the right to reject a guaranteed check-in incase a valid ID of all guest members are not produced. - The hotel reserves the right to reject check in without refund in case valid ID proof of all guest members are not produced. - Guest visitors are not allowed to Guest Rooms and room floors - The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
