About Clarendon Guest House
Clarendon Guest House invites you to spend your night with us in this historical building that was an orphanage for girls until 1962. We offer you Old World elegance with modern facilities. The orphanage was started in 1918 by Reverend MTR Smit when he took in 12 orphaned children. 120 girls were housed here until 1962. A new orphanage was built and in March 1962, they were moved to the new building complex. The guest house offers 16 comfortable rooms; some have fully equipped kitchens and others share kitchens.
