You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note when making group bookings of 4 rooms or more the first night will be charged and this amount will be non refundable. The hotel is located behind Texaco filling station on Mare Street. The entrance is via an archway on Tudor Road, directly next door no 23 Tudor Road and opposite Wellworth Plumbing Supplies. Please note that the card used to make the booking needs to be present upon arrival. Please note that an additional fee will be charged for any lost keys. Please note that the hotel has 7 car parking spaces available and are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. The maximum height for vehicles the parking facilities can accommodate is 2.8 metres. A security deposit of GBP 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
