Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform City Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that different policies and additional supplements may apply for group bookings of 9 people or more. Please note that guests are required to show their VALID credit card that used to pay for their booking along with their valid ID upon check-in. In case the payer is not one of the guests the property should be informed at least 2 weeks before arrival as sufficient paperwork must be completed before check-in. Please note that a EUR 50 security deposit per person with a maximum EUR 250 per room might be required at check-in. Security deposits can be either in cash or authorized on one of the guests' credit cards. Security deposits will be fully refunded at check out unless there are damages to the property. Extra bed is optional in most rooms with a surcharge of €60.- (Sunday-Thursday) and €90.- (Friday and Saturday). On holidays and events rates might differ. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome.
