The building is a stone building, covered with tile, restored from an old farm house, which stands next to the riverside of Estoraos in a lush valley between the mountains and the Arga Antelas, an area rich in vestiges of the past . It is surrounded by an enclosure and a well-kept garden, where a glass porch with wicker armchairs, offers endless opportunities for rest, under the protection of a beautiful stone carvings. More sheltered, is a small patio, also with a tiny porch, which enters directly into the kitchen. The main entrance opens into a spacious lounge with a corner chaired by the fireplace and the kitchen is situated at the foot of the room and has an area for the breakfast.
