Important Information

1. Kindly e-mail Proof of Payment within TWO WORKING DAYS as from Invoice Date to
avoid Cancellation of your booking.
2. Check in from 12:00-17:00, kindly arrange with the office for a late check in.
3. Office Open from 08:00 - 17:00 - Booking Office not on site
4. In the event of Non-payment, or late Payment the Establishment reserves the right
to cancel any bookings without notice to the client.
5. The guest will be held liable to pay the full amount due on a booking in the event of
no show, or cancellation 2 days prior to arrival. If fee collection needs to be
implemented in this regard, the guest will be held liable for all legal fees pertaining to
this process
6. In the event that guests fail to follow the House Rules of the Establishment, the
Establishment holds the right to ask the guest to leave the premises immediately, and
in such an event the guest will not be entitled to any refunds of any kind.
7. A breakage deposit of R2500.00 is charged, the breakage amount is invoiced separately and will be mailed to the guest for payment 10 working days before arrival. The breakage deposit will be repaid within 10 business days from arrival date, subject to there being no damage or breakages at the Establishment, those will be deducted from the breakage deposit before it will be refunded, and if the value of the damages sustained by the Establishment is greater than the value of the breakage deposit, the booking client will be held fully liable for the repair or damage cost, if legal collection becomes necessary, the client will be fully responsible for the costs incurred by the Establishment in this process.
8. The 50% Deposit is Non-Refundable, there are no exceptions to this condition.
9. In the event of a State of Disaster implementation that affects inter provincial travel or extra restrictions that directly impact the reservation dates, guests will be furnished with alternative dates for postponement, no cancellations or refunds will be done on confirmed bookings in this scenario.
10. Postponement requests are review individually and subject to approval by management, a postponement fee of R500.00 will be charged for administration and attempted recovery of lost revenue for booked dates.
