All 4 bedrooms are air conditioned and the beds all have mosquito nets. The kitchen, dining room and lounge is open-plan and has a sliding door that opens up onto a wooden outside veranda overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a microwave, bodum, toaster, electric stove and oven, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups, ice trays, 1 standing fridge/freezer, and 1 chest freezer. The lounge has DStv. The outside veranda has a gas braai and outside furniture for dining. House 39 is connected to the restaurants generator, so if there are power cuts this house will still have electricity. This house is serviced daily.

Campismo Ninho Estate has a bar and restaurant on site, namely Ninhos. There is also a communal swimming pool on the estate.
