• Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulation or approached by security more than twice could result
in guest booking being cancel led and any deposit will be forfeited.
• No abuse directed towards the CAG staff will be tolerated.
• NO SMOKING in the apartment
• ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES are NOT allowed on the premises.
• SOLICITATION will NOT be allowed.
• NO NOISE, loud music or loud talking.
• Strictly NO PARTIES, or events are allowed.
•Max Occupancy per unit:
4 people per 1 bed. (2 Guest + 2 Visitors)
6 people per 2 bed. (4 Guest + 2 Visitors)
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Pets are not allowed.
• Visitors are required to leave the unit by 22H00
• Refuse must be disposed of in designated areas.
• Vehicles to park in designated CAG or Visitor Bay.
• No Firearms or dangerous weapons may be used within the property.
• Guests are required to return keys to reception on check out. Failure to do so will result in R100 from the
deposit being lost. Additionally, R50 will be charged per access card lost or not returned. CAG will bill guests for
breakages or damages.
• Breakage deposits will be cancel led on inspection after guest departure. Authorizations can take up to 10 days
to reflect in guest account after cancellation.
• Force Majeure – The Company accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation
