The house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two separate toilets and is fully furnished. All bedrooms are upstairs and have either single/king-size beds, two bunk beds or queen-size beds, and sweeping views of the ocean or garden from the balconies or windows. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a double door fridge with an ice maker, a microwave, oven, gas stove, coffee machine, other appliances and ample built-in cupboards with crockery and cutlery.

The open-plan dining area has a table and seating for four people, and there are comfortable couches, a flat-screen TV with DStv channels and a home theatre system and binoculars in the lounge. Furthermore, there is a laundry room with a dishwasher and a tumble dryer and a bar area with a bar fridge.

The concertina doors in the living room lead to the furnished patio and pool area with a table and seating area, as well as a built-in braai facility. The house is fully fenced, with a wall in front and a back fence, and is secured by an alarm system with laser beams and armed response.

A double garage with remote control and ample secure parking is available and there is a footpath in front of C'est La Vie Beach House and the secluded beach. Of course, the house is also close to fishing and diving sites, shops, restaurants, a golf course, King Shaka Airport, Sibaya Casino and Ballito. All these places are a 10 to 20-minute drive from C'est La Vie Beach House.
