This house sleeps 10 and comprises four rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and an open-plan dining and living area. The first, second and third rooms have a queen-size bed. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, gas stove, oven, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also ahuge ice machine and bar fridges for drinks. The dining area has a dining table for 10 and the lounge area has comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV with Free uncapped WiFi as well as Full DSTV. The lounge area leads to a sunroom with comfortable seating and leads to an outdoor dining area with braai facilities.

There is also a courtyard with a braai outside the kitchen. The house has a solar panel geyser and plenty of freshwater tanks. Furthermore, there are security rays, an alarm and an electric fence.
