About Burlamien Residence

Our place is situated just off the N2 and very easy to find. We live in a quiet neighbourhood. Safe shaded parking is provided for your vehicle.
The room is big and sunny with a nice view of the Swartberg Mountain. It is very private with its own entrance and not part of the rest of our house. Ideally for one or two adults and one or two children. There is an adjacent shower as well as a toilet.
It is very near our Caledon Casino, about 500 metres. It is also walking distance from Victoria Mall shopping center and a twenty minutes drive to Greyton as well as a thirty minutes drive through beautiful Hemel-en-Aarde valley to Hermanus.
The room is big and sunny with a nice view on Swartberg mountain. Guests will have their own private entrance and use of the spacious room, adjacent shower and toilet. It is very private and not part of the rest of our house. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome in our place.
Inside is a spacious cupboard with extra towels as well as blankets (waverly and mohair) During our chilly winter all beds have feather down duvets and the double bed also has an electric blanket. The room is further equipped with a flat screen television with full DSTV; a microwave; bar fridge and kettle. Also off course refreshments - tea, coffee, rusks etc. We have adjacent ironing facilities and also a braai area.
Two very popular wedding venues are Die Woud (4 km )and The One (10 km ) Shuttle services to wedding venues can be arranged.

Family friendly: There are a lot of children's books in the room as well as a comfortable bunk bed.

Covid Safety Approved: Room will be cleaned thoroughly and there will be sanitiser to use for the clients.
