Burkea Park Villa is a fully equipped self-catering house in a secure complex in the east of Pretoria. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and accommodates 7 guests.
First bedroom has a queen size bed with a hairdryer provided and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom has a very comfortable double bed.
The third bedroom has two single beds. Wheelchair access is through this bedroom in to the rest of the house.
There is Family bathroom with full bath and shower.
A sleeper couch is for the 7th guest if needed.
Travel cot and car seat for toddlers is available and free of charge upon request.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook meals.
Kitchen also has a microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board and fridge with big capacity deep freezer.
There is a multitude of restaurants with dine in and delivery options in the area.
There is a TV with selected channels and uncapped WIFI. The TV also supports USBs so you can watch whatever you please.
The house is equipped with gas and oil heaters for the winter, and fans for the summer.
There is a large braai/ BBQ area in a private garden with all the necessary equipment, garden furniture and large umbrella.
Covered parking for 2 cars is provided in front of the building.
Most pets are welcome on request.
Guests are also welcome to make use of the communal swimming pool in
the complex.
Burkea Park Villa is located close to two major highways, hospitals, shopping centers, golf courses and wedding venues. It is a 45 minute drive to O.R. Thambo international Airport and a 15 min drive to the modern railway terminal (Gautrain) connecting Pretoria to Johannesburg and the Airport.
The owners do not live on the property, but are close enough to offer assistance if needed.
