Important Information

1. Check-in time is from 14:00 to 18:00 and checkout time is before 10:00
2. Pets are not allowed on the property or surrounding property.
3. The guest acknowledges liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
4. Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Unit or property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
5. Management cannot be held responsible for any injuries during your stay or for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery, or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms
6. No Smoking in any building on the property, smoking is allowed around the garden. The registered guest is however responsible to ensure that his/her group dispose of the ash and cigarette buts. Failure to comply with South African fire & smoking laws could lead to fines.
7. Quiet hours are 22:00 to 07:00. Please keep all noise levels to a minimum. Respect other guests and neighbours.
8. On arrival you will receive a clean, fresh and disinfected Unit.
9. Personal locks are not to be used for locking any door on the property.
10. Keys & Remotes to be handed back to reception before departing.
11. Children under the age of 12 will not be left behind or alone on the property without supervision.
12. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed near the pool or swim without adult supervision.
13. Regardless of charge instructions, guests acknowledge that they are personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by them, during their stay at Buffalo Street Cottages.
