Important Information
Time of Departure: before 10:00
Time of Arrival: after 14:00
1. No booking is confirmed before we receive one of the following; credit card details, deposit slip for amount, as per our quotation, or company order authorization/travel agent voucher.
2. Deposit to be paid on or before date indicated for payment, if deposit is not paid on the date indicated the reservation form could be cancelled and given to another client with no prior reason.
3. Total account to be paid in full prior to arrival except if arrangements has been made to pay in cash on arrival
4. We do everything possible to secure our guests safety, but are not liable for any goods that get damaged or stolen.
5. Any damaged or missing goods in rooms must be reported on arrival. If not, we will assume the room was in good order and you will be held liable for damage or loss.
6. No buses, lorries or trucks are aloud on the premises; must park outside.
7. Cancellation fee as percentage of accommodation:
Notice of cancellation at least 7 days prior to occupation date to prevent you from forfeiting your deposit.
8. No refund will be given if the room is vacated before the time of departure as agreed upon.
9. Although we will do our best to accommodate special requests, it cannot be guaranteed.
