★★★★★ Horrible experience. Checking in was a disaster. Place needs serious renovations, gate motor, dstv not working. Couldn't open bathroom window, whole frame came out the wall. One lady who is the receptionist, cleaner, technician, handy man, security. Place has a smell. Never, ever will I book with this guest star. Would give them a zero, if I could. However 1 will have to do
