Boulevard 102 is a very comfortable family unit in one of Margate's most sought after buildings. It is furnished colonial style and has central air-conditioning.The unit comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. The unit is equipped for DStv so bring along your card and decoder, regret PVR's are not compatible. The abode also offers guests braai facilities and parking on the premises.Margate has plenty of great activities in the area, including the spectacular beaches, the Margate Country Club, and the Crocworld Conse

Important Information
Please take note of the once off extra charges:
An admin fee of R650.00 will be charged on all confirmed bookings, this fee is not included in the quotation sent to you and will be billed on confirmation.
There is a refundable breakage deposit required of R750, this will be refunded by the establishment when you provide them with your banking details.
The total of the extra fees payable is R1400.00 and is payable directly to Margate Holidays, you will be invoiced once you have confirmed your booking.
COVID-19 Safety Measures:
• Clients to sign and return attached consent to allow us to clean after Guests have booked out.
• Keys are disinfected us and left for Clients to collect, unfortunately envelopes can not be sanitised.
• Units are Sanitized properly, with the emphasis on areas touched. (Handles, Remotes, Cutlery, etc The unit must be left in a clean state by the guests to minimizethe risk of infection of to our staff. (E.G. ALL used goods MUST be thrown in black bags and removed to the collection point of the Municipality, No excess of dirty dishes standing around, etc. – An extra charge of R250.00 will be chargeable to the guest if not adhered to)
• The keys must be disinfected before being left for our collection on departure.
• If we have to enter the premises for maintenance or something similar while the Guests are there, all guests MUST adhere to social distancing and wear masks. (Preferably only one Guest should be there to show us the problem)
• No leftovers may be left in refrigerators.
• The Guests must provide disinfectants themselves.
