About Bosveld Vreugde - House Zebra

Bosveld Vreugde - House Zebra . 150km from Pretoria, 80km from Bela-Bela and 60km from Thabazimbi.We are situated in a quiet and peaceful surrounding in Leeupoort Vakansiedorp. Breathtaking views of the Blinkwater River and the Boshoff Mountains. The largest Tambotie tree in South Africa is on the property.

This holiday home consists of a neat three bedroom house with 1 bathroom with bath and separate shower. The house has an extra sleeper couch. The house can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. Large air conditioner, Compact DSTV, (you don't have to bring your own decoder), with swimming pool for those hot days. Large boma where guest can relax around a nice fire and enjoy a nice braai. A fireplace in the sitting room will keep guests warm on cold days.

There is a Restaurant, Shop and Liquor store situated inside the Leeupoort Vakansiedorp. We regularly receive visitors from Impala, Nyala, Eland, Kudu, Warthog and Zebra. The Impala sleep next to the house at night! If you are a bird water, this is the place to be!

Leeupoort Vakansiedorp also boasts with it's own Parkrun every Saturday. Large swimming pools are situated inside the reserve as well. Guests can view the wildlife and animals with their own vehicles by taking a drive through the reserve. U might even see the Giraffe. There is a wonderful lookout point with breathtaking views in the reserve.

If you would like to do Mountain Biking, please bring your own Mountain Bike. Mountain Bikers and hikers will meet many wildlife species along the way!

The peace and quiet that you will experience at Bosveld Vreugde will leave you refreshed and rested out when leaving Bosveld Vreugde.

★★★★★ The photo of the pool that is used as the main attraction is in fact not even in working order and very dirty. If we were warned in advance, but we were only informed on arrival after we complained. Then we were told we can go swim at the restaurant but that swimming pool is also under construction. The house itself was dusty and spiderwebs everywhere. And the beds are not very comfatable.

★★★★★ No working kettle. Promise was made to supply one on Saturday, it never materialized thus no kettle for weekend. Please notify prospective clients before hand that a Admin fee is payable. We were notify only the day before we start our weekend.
