About Beautiful Simbithi Holiday Home

Beautiful Simbithi Holiday Home is situated in the superb Simbithi Eco-Estate, along the Dolphin Coast.This newly built family home has three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, lounge with DSTV, dining room, large undercover patio, garden and pool. Great view over coastal grasslands and swamp forest. Nature trails, mountain biking, birding, fishing, golfing and more. Beaches are also close by.

Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, in the heart of KwaZulu-Natal's northern coastline, lies Simbithi, a 430 hectare Eco-Estate. Simbithi Eco-Estate is a natural, coastal paradise with dense, indigenous riverine vegetation, lush valley wetlands, undulating hills and distant, breath-taking vistas. Community centres based throughout the estate include a clubhouse with swimming pool, tennis courts and a restaurant, whilst children are accommodated by an adventure playground and open green areas for free sporting activities.

Outside the estate other wonderful outdoor options can be explored with some of the world's best beaches and surfing spots right on our doorstep. Numerous championship golf courses - Zimbali Country Club, Umhlali Country Club, Prince's Grant, Mount Edgecomb Country Club, Durban Country Club - are all within close proximity. Holla Trails hosts some of the most spectacular mountain biking and running trails on the planet with 340km of trails.

-Please note there is a koi pond and swimming pool - both unprotected.
-The house will be serviced daily from 08:30 - 12:30 at an additional rate of R150 per day.
-There is a once off admin fee of R200 for an access card into Simbithi Eco-Estate, additional access is charged at R70.00 per person thereafter.
-Please note there is a R2000 refundable breakage deposit - to be paid before or on check-in.
