2 Spacious bedrooms fitted with hotel-quality mattresses, large pebble-floor in the main bathroom. Compact kitchen with all the amenities and Nespresso Machine, comfortable lounge with a huge feather-filled sofa.

A long 6-meter balcony with superb views of the ocean on the 1 side, and park views on the other side. Eat breakfast out here, or just relax and watch the waves.

I live around the corner so am happy to pop round for anything.

Other things to note:
Free, safe parking in the public parking lot in front of the building. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. No elevator. Retail outlets next to the apartment building has a 24 hour convenience store for you, serving great coffee and light meals too.
