The living room is upstairs which allows you to relax on luxurious couches whilst looking out at unblemished views over the beach and the bay. There is a bar which is perfect for keeping your beer cold while you sit on the balcony and have sundowners. The roof deck is ideal for sunbathing, providing privacy and spectacular 360 degree views. There is a double garage for 2 cars, a further workspace and a wine cellar in the basement. Beach Club No. 1 is right on the beachfront and has a direct access point to the beach. For those who would like to do some sightseeing, there are also hop-on-hop-off bus tours which frequent the area.
