Bayview Cottage is a beautiful sunny cottage situated in Simon's Town, on the shores of False Bay on the eastern side of the Cape Peninsula. Simon's Town is a maritime naval town and home to the African penguin colony at Boulders Beach, where humans and penguins share the sand and the sea. Bayview Cottage comprises a large entertainment area open plan to the living area, which opens up through glass sliding doors to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster, while the dining area contains a six-seater dining table.

The cottage features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom contains twin beds. Both bedrooms lead out through sliding glass doors onto a garden area, and there is also a sleeper couch in the living area. In addition, a single garage is provided for guests' use.
